Richard Vaughn, CPCU, ARM, AIS, brings 35 years of workers' compensation and commercial property and casualty experience. He founded and ran a third-party administrator for self-insured workers' compensation groups and now works as an independent insurance consultant and fractional insurance officer through PERSIST LLC in Vermont. He holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter, Associate in Risk Management, and Associate in Insurance Services designations and an active Vermont property and casualty producer license.

Why these templates exist

Most insurance templates online were written by content farms. They look fine until an adjuster, an auditor, or opposing counsel reads them. Every template on this site was built by a credentialed practitioner, uses the terms the industry actually uses, and carries its assumptions in plain sight: cell comments, a Notes sheet, and OWNER REVIEW markers where a figure or form number deserves a second look.

What they are not
