Terms of Use and License

License

Each paid template is licensed, not sold. The single-user license allows one person to use the template for their own organization or their own clients, on any number of devices. You may edit it, brand it, and share completed copies with colleagues, clients, lenders, auditors, and carriers in the ordinary course of business.

The agency / multi-user license extends the same rights to up to ten named users at one agency, brokerage, or company and permits distributing completed or branded copies to that organization's clients.

Under either license you may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the blank templates, post them to shared template libraries, or use them to build a competing product.

Refunds

Because these are digital files delivered immediately, refunds are generally not available once a file has been downloaded. If a file is defective, does not open, or does not materially match its description, contact RichardVaughnCPCU@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and we will fix it or refund you.
